Tech Support Manager – Abacus Business Computer
Position title: Tech Support Manager
Location: 44‑49 College Point Blvd, Flushing, NY 11355
Position requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, such as computer and information technology.
Experience requirements: 1 year professional experience in computer science related occupation.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, debug, maintain, troubleshoot computer networks.
- Set up, evaluate, customize workstations, peripheral devices, and various software applications through testing and configuration processes.
- Build programming or set up configurations for specific software and hardware for new and existing merchant accounts.
- Oversee and guide tech support team, provide solutions on system maintenance and to various technical problems on the spot.
- Monitor the performance of software and collect data for analysis.
- Design technical training programs and provide training to users and teams.
Rate of pay: $79,331.00 – $82,000.00 per year.
