Associate Analyst - On Site - NYC

Job Summary

• Evaluates and addresses complex business challenges through technology, system integration, and workflow optimization.
• Identifies gaps in processes and provides technical expertise to define business requirements for functional system specifications. Ensures scalability of new and existing systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-efficient manner.
• Configures system parameters and options; plans and conducts unit testing to align with business needs.
• Creates detailed documentation and designs for technological solutions.
• May advise users on technology-related matters or lead cross‑functional teams to resolve business or system issues.
• May assist in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts, reports, code, and business logic.
• Builds and maintains relationships with technology vendors as necessary.
• Demonstrates professional competency with foundational knowledge and practical experience.
• Contributes effectively to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Operates within defined roles and actively participates in technical discussions at the task level.
