Account Executive, Programmatic Advertising Sales

Finch is redefining how advertisers connect with hyper‑local audiences in bars and restaurants. Our DOOH network integrates seamlessly into the programmatic ecosystem, enabling agencies and brands to activate high‑impact, real‑world campaigns with precision and scale.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Programmatic Advertising Sales Account Executive to grow demand through agencies, DSPs, and programmatic buyers. This role is focused on driving revenue via programmatic channels, expanding agency partnerships, and increasing spend across Finch’s DOOH inventory.

What You’ll Do
  • Programmatic Revenue Growth – Drive programmatic ad spend through agency and trading desk relationships; educate buyers on Finch’s DOOH inventory, targeting capabilities, and measurement approach; increase adoption across DSPs and preferred programmatic buying platforms.
  • Agency & Partner Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, programmatic traders, and planners; act as the primary point of contact for programmatic partners; collaborate with internal teams on deal IDs, PMP setups, and private marketplace opportunities.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization – Monitor campaign delivery and performance in collaboration with ad operations teams; share insights and optimization recommendations with buyers and agencies.
  • Market & Industry Expertise – Stay current on programmatic, DOOH, and ad tech trends; provide feedback to internal teams on buyer needs, product gaps, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of media sales experience with a strong focus on programmatic advertising.
  • Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, and the programmatic buying process.
  • Proven ability to grow spend through agency and programmatic channels.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and ad tech platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience selling programmatic DOOH or CTV.
  • Existing relationships with major agencies, DSPs, or trading desks.
Compensation
  • Uncapped Commission
  • OTE: $120,000–$130,000
