mix of a ds/qr/aspiring pm. idea - instead of being a sector ds covering a pm, they would focus specifically on building and trading those signals based on alt data. it's the closest-ish to mw who have quantimental researcher.

they will be paid off the pnl. you will have capital carved out ready to deploy. if u r a rockstar sda  qr can teach them the systematic exp if need be. they need to understand alt data and dig into that data to add value.

nc? up to 1 yr. (GQS no good). mid to snr level. need a hands on person and can eventually move to a player coach. overtime we want them to be paid off pnl. 1st yr guarantee? high 6 figures or 1 mm and change.
