A digital prime brokerage is seeking an experienced Client Success leader to support institutional clients across a multi‑asset Prime Services platform, spanning Digital Assets, FX, Futures, and Listed Derivatives. The business works closely with sophisticated trading counter parties, providing infrastructure, financing, and operational support at institutional standards.

This role will lead key client relationships end‑to‑end, acting as a senior point of contact and playing a central role in client retention, growth, and operational excellence.

• Own senior institutional client relationships, developing a deep understanding of trading activity, technical setups, and business objectives.
• Partner with Business Development to support client growth and increased platform utilisation.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and production issues, coordinating with internal teams and external counter parties to drive timely resolution.
• Oversee client collateral, margin, and exposure workflows across digital asset and traditional markets.
• Lead proactive client engagement, including regular reviews and the translation of client feedback into platform and process improvements.

• 5+ years’ experience in prime brokerage, trading operations, clearing, fintech, or a closely related environment.
• Proven client‑facing experience with institutional counter parties.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on client outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Technical exposure to SQL, Python, Looker, or JIRA is advantageous but not required.
