Base Salary: USD $170,000 – $230,000

We are a technology initiative building enterprise-grade infrastructure that powers the next generation of trusted on chain financial products. Our focus is on enabling transparent, verifiable, and scalable on chain systems that support real-world financial use cases and large institutional partners.

Our mission is to bridge decentralized finance and traditional enterprise adoption by delivering robust, production-ready on chain infrastructure.

We are hiring a DeFi Ecosystem Lead to scale a growing suite of on chain financial products by driving ecosystem strategy, protocol integrations, and stakeholder engagement across decentralized finance.

This role is suited for a motivated operator with strong DeFi ecosystem intuition, the ability to execute complex integrations, and the communication skills required to translate DeFi-native capabilities into enterprise-ready offerings.

The role is open to candidates across a range of seniority levels, provided they demonstrate ownership, strategic thinking, and a strong execution track record.

This role operates across both DeFi-native ecosystems and enterprise go-to-market efforts, with a 60 / 40 functional split
:

• Work directly with DeFi-native protocol teams and developers

• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to enable novel product initiatives

• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact integrations with leading protocols

• Explore new ecosystems and partnerships to drive product growth

• Translate DeFi integrations into enterprise-facing product offerings

• Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams

• Support enterprise education and adoption of onchain financial capabilities

• Strategic Integrations
  Identify, evaluate, and prioritize DeFi protocols for integration with existing and future products.

• Ecosystem & Partnership Management
  Build and maintain strong relationships with protocol teams, developers, and ecosystem leaders.

• Product Growth & Adoption
  Design and execute strategies to increase adoption and usage of DeFi-focused products.

• Market & Ecosystem Intelligence
  Monitor trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform ecosystem and product strategy.

• Technical Collaboration
  Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and a strong developer experience.

• Community Representation
  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums.

• Stakeholder Education
  Support go-to-market teams by breaking down DeFi concepts in a manner that resonates with enterprise audiences.

• Experience in ecosystem, partnerships, or business development roles within DeFi, crypto, or fintech

• Strong familiarity with major DeFi protocols and primitives

• Proven ability to deliver large, high-impact protocol integrations

• Experience collaborating with wallet providers or user-facing crypto infrastructure

• Comfort contributing to broader company and product strategy, not only execution

• DeFi Expertise
  Deep understanding of DeFi architectures and primitives (lending/borrowing, AMMs, stable assets, derivatives).

• Technical Communication
  Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  Proven experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.

• Wallet-side integrations or partnership experience

• History of facilitating complex, high-impact protocol integrations

• Strong understanding of ecosystem success metrics (e.g., integrations, adoption, TVL, strategic footprint)
