Junior Program Manager (Agile – Digital Delivery)

Location: New York City – Flatiron District (hattan)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Compensation: Up to USD 130k + benefits (10% bonus, 401k, insurance)
Start Date: February 2026

Our client is a global digital transformation and technology consulting firm, with a strong footprint in luxury, premium, and upper-market brands
, particularly in New York. They deliver high-quality, client-facing software and digital solutions in a consulting environment.

Our client is looking for a Junior Program Manager to support and coordinate the delivery of multiple Agile software initiatives. This is a hands-on execution role
, focused on delivery discipline, Agile ceremonies, coordination, and clear client communication—under the guidance of more senior delivery leadership.

This role is ideal for a more junior profile with solid Agile delivery experience who wants exposure to premium clients and a consulting environment.

• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
• Track delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items
• Maintain Jira and Confluence with accurate, up-to-date delivery data
• Coordinate across developers, QA, and technical leads
• Prepare clear status updates and reports for internal and client stakeholders
• Escalate risks and blockers early to senior leadership
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes

• ~5–8 years experience in Agile software delivery (Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Junior Program Manager)
• Prior client-facing or consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery in real-world (non-dogmatic) environments
• Highly organized, structured, and execution-focused
• Professional, polished communicator (important for luxury clients)
• Comfortable working on-site in NYC Flatiron District (Manhattan)
• Jira & Confluence required;
  Salesforce is a plus
• Agile certifications are a plus
• Any experience in the High-end, Luxury brands industry is also a plus.

• A senior portfolio or strategy role
• A fully autonomous Program Director position
