Job Summary

We are seeking a technically proficient and self-driven Project Coordinator to join our Healthcare IT team in Bronx, NY. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in software development, technical implementation, and process optimization using AI. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects and teams, collaborate with executives and operations, and ensure seamless delivery of healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across technical and operational teams
  • Drive technical implementation efforts and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Apply AI and automation tools to enhance process efficiency and project outcomes
  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management within a technical environment
  • Proven experience in software development and technical implementation
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Dev Ops, Jira, Figma, Visio, and project management platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Prior experience in Healthcare IT is highly preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with AI integration and automation tools
  • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies
Work Environment
  • This is a fully in-person role, requiring presence in the Bronx office Monday through Friday

Salary: $60,000-$70,000
