THE ROLE

The Ecommerce Manager will be the daily operator of the entire Shopify Ecosystem, including the primary  website, the Tapcart-powered mobile app, and integrated marketplace channels like Tik Tok Shop and Walmart Marketplace. This role is critical for ensuring seamless technical operations, data accuracy, channel performance, and a world-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints driven by the Shopify platform. The Ecommerce Manager will report directly to the Senior Head of Ecommerce.

WHAT

YOU’LL DO
  • Shopify Platform and Site Management
    - Manage the day-to-day operations of the  online storefront built on Shopify, ensuring optimal performance, site speed, and user experience (UX/UI).
  • Own the Tapcart mobile app experience, managing content, promotions, and ensuring feature parity or enhanced experience compared to the website.
  • Coordinate with development and IT teams for platform maintenance, new feature implementation, A/B TEST, and bug resolution on Shopify Plus.
  • Manage all installed apps and third-party integrations (e.g., sorting and merchandising, channel connectors, forms, etc.).
  • Multi-Channel & Digital Operations
    - Oversee the functionality and performance of key sales channels integrated with Shopify:
    Tik Tok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and the Shopify Shop App.
  • Ensure the operational integrity of the third-party connectors used for managing marketplaces, guaranteeing seamless data flow between channels and the core Shopify platform.
  • Proactively monitor operational dashboards to prevent and quickly resolve any data discrepancies or fulfillment failures across the ecosystem.
  • Manage product catalog setup, merchandising, and content presentation tailored for the website, app, Shop App, Tik Tok, and Walmart channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
    - Supply Team Partnership (Demand Signals):
    Proactively monitor and analyze demand signals and trends across all owned channels (website, app, Shop App, Tik Tok, Walmart) to identify potential supply opportunities.
  • Creative Team Partnership:
    Coordinate with the Creative team to align on merchandising needs, providing platform-specific requirements for product imagery, lifestyle assets, and promotional banners across all channels managed.
  • Marketing Alignment (Paid & Organic):
    Work closely with the Paid Marketing team to monitor demand and overall budget alignment, ensuring spending is optimized to capture available demand.
  • Collaborate with the Organic Marketing team to ensure customer communications drive revenue and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ecommerce Channel

    Collaboration:

    Engage with other Ecommerce Channel Owners to share insights, transfer best practices, and collaborate on strategies to maximize the overall digital revenue and growth for Stadium Goods.
  • Track and report on performance KPIs for the entire ecosystem, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Stay current with platform updates and feature releases to identify optimization opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
  • 3 years of progressive, hands-on experience managing a high-volume Ecommerce site on the Shopify Plus platform.
  • Demonstrated experience with the full Ecommerce operational lifecycle, including inventory, order management, and fulfillment processing.
