Base pay range
$65.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Responsibilities- Proactively ensure that the delivered product is of excellent quality by implementing rigorous testing practices
- Establish quality standards and best practices to minimize the likelihood of defects being identified by end users
- Act as an advocate for quality within the organization, ensuring that QA priorities are represented in decision-making
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review testing strategies, timelines, and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree and above from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of SAP QA Manager or Lead experience in FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL modules
- 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA) and/or Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector
- Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (Sol Man)
- Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and independently maintain/fix test scripts
- Strong collaboration skills to work across various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements
- Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems
- Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems
- Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis
- Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments
- A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading teams in an onsite-offshore working environment model
- Knowledge of the insurance and/or reinsurance domain is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
