Head of AI

This role is responsible for driving AI innovation, building and scaling high‑performing teams, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver real business impact. You will work closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and data teams to embed AI across the organisation.

• Define and own the company’s AI vision, roadmap, and long‑term strategy
• Lead, mentor, and scale AI, ML, and research teams
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning systems
• Align AI initiatives with business objectives and product strategy
• Drive adoption of best practices in model development, MLOps, governance, and ethics
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine build vs buy decisions
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high‑impact AI use cases
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and reliable in production

• Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles
• Proven leadership experience managing senior engineers and researchers
• Strong technical understanding of modern AI techniques and architectures
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial and product awareness
