AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own demand generation and significantly increase top-of-funnel qualified leads across our core developer and B2B SaaS audiences. This is a hands‑on‑keyboard role for an experienced growth marketer who wants to sit at the forefront of our GTM engine: designing experiments, running campaigns, hosting events, and shipping fast iterations that directly impact pipeline. You’ll have real ownership and the entrepreneurial freedom to test ideas, learn quickly, and double down on what works.
The role suits someone confident in their craft, flexible in their approach, and highly collaborative: working closely with Sales, and partnering with internal and external contributors to tell Novu’s story and drive qualified demand.
- Design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel demand generation campaigns (content, SEO, paid, email, partnerships, community) to grow qualified top‑of‑funnel leads.
- Own day‑to‑day campaign operations: building audiences, launching and iterating on ads and emails, running experiments, and continually improving performance.
- Partner closely with Sales to define what “qualified” means, align on handoff processes, and ensure campaigns translate into real opportunities and pipeline.
- Collaborate with Product, Developer Relations, and external creators or agencies to craft messaging and content that resonate with developers and technical buyers.
- Analyze funnel metrics, campaign results, and product signals, using insights to prioritize experiments, refine targeting, and report clear learnings to the team.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or developer‑focused marketing, with a strong focus on growth and demand generation.
- Proven track record of designing and running campaigns that increased qualified pipeline and improved key funnel metrics (lead quality, conversion rates, etc.).
- Hands‑on expertise with key growth channels and tools, with a strong focus on events and content (webinars, conferences, community activities, and more), supported by email, SEO/analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who works proactively with Sales and other stakeholders, and is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: confident in your skills, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by testing, iterating, and moving quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and experience crafting messaging for technical or developer audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, async environment, ideally based on the US East‑coast or in the UK.
