This role leads the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence solutions, applying deep functional expertise to support clients through successful implementations. The consultant partners closely with stakeholders to align absence management processes with Oracle-delivered capabilities, working both remotely and on‑site as needed.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Absence implementations as the functional subject matter expert
• Drive project milestones, deliverables, and client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Advise clients on best practices, map business requirements to Oracle functionality, and configure system solutions
• Document requirements, support system testing, and ensure successful deployment outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships during and after implementation
• Collaborate with project teams to refine delivery approaches and improve efficiency
• Coach and support junior consultants to promote skill development and team growth

• 4+ years of experience in a functional lead or equivalent role
• Experience leading at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM Absence implementations
• Proven experience supporting global absence programs
• Strong knowledge of absence management processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently
• Ability to travel up to 25%
