A high‑growth AdTech business is hiring a Senior Sales Director to lead and scale its media agency partnerships across the United States.
This is a senior, strategic commercial role focused on driving revenue through major media agencies and holding companies. The business operates at the intersection of video, streaming, and digital media innovation, helping agencies and brands deliver faster, more effective, and more sustainable advertising experiences.
You'll be the face of the business to agency partners — shaping market perception, influencing planning decisions, and unlocking long‑term commercial growth.
The Role- Lead revenue growth across major US media agencies, mainly independents
- Own and expand senior relationships with planners, investment teams, and agency leadership
- Influence media planning and buying decisions by embedding solutions into agency workflows
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams through proactive outreach and pitch leadership
- Deliver compelling, insight‑led presentations showcasing performance and innovation
- Partner closely with Client Success, Creative Strategy, Product, and Operations teams
- Represent the business at industry events, agency summits, and networking forums
- Maintain visibility on pipeline health, revenue performance, and market feedback
This is a high‑impact role with real autonomy and influence over US growth strategy.
Who We're Looking For- 8+ years' experience in digital media sales or Ad Tech
- Strong background selling video and media solutions to agencies
- Deep, active relationships within major US media agencies and holding companies
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing share‑of‑wallet
- Strong understanding of programmatic, video, display, and performance media
- Confident engaging C‑suite and senior agency stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast‑growing environments
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
