  • Ensures features and related documentation are clear and easily understood by engineering teams.
  • Ability to influence various stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Skill in building organizational relationships and commanding respect within teams.
  • Experience in defining and developing cloud‑native software products at scale is advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Function as a Technical Product Manager, closely partnering with customers, Technical Program Managers, Software Design Engineers, and User Experience teams.
  • Define and guide technical products from conception to launch, merging the technical and business domains.
  • Break down requirements into features and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and establish acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a long‑term perspective, becoming a subject‑matter expert beyond individual projects.
  • Provide engineering teams with a well‑organized backlog of features and user stories.
  • Encourage the reuse of product building blocks and propel continuous innovation for both internal and external customers.
  • Specify how new capabilities fit within the platform ecosystem and prioritize user stories for new components.
  • Identify commercialization opportunities for building blocks and propose ideas to product development teams for further enhancement.
  • Advocate for customers by engaging them to grasp their use cases, challenges, workflows, priorities, and tools.
  • Understand the customer journey and user experience to aid efficient application development, deployment, and scaling across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities that meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Track key product metrics—such as usage, quality, and satisfaction—to inform product strategies.
