New York, NY – From Day 1 Onsite

• Develop, implement, and maintain network security policies, procedures, and architecture.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Deploy and manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and perform security analysis.
• Lead and mentor a team of security specialists.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and new technologies to proactively improve defenses.

• Coordinate management of firewall, proxy, NAC, and vulnerability assessment.
• Monitor IT security operations.
• Provide help and support for incoming queries and issues related to IT security.
• Establish periodic reviews of IT security to ensure appropriate implementation.
• Troubleshoot PAC related issues and proxy settings.
• Troubleshoot browser-related issues (site compatibility, blocked URLs).
• Basic network troubleshooting (DNS, site reachability, port issues).

• Experience in managing IT security operations.
• Managing security technologies and solutions such as firewall management (preferably Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto).
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Project management skills.
• Reporting governance skills.
