Prizeout is seeking an Implementation Specialist to help drive smooth technical integrations and partner launches. Candidates with project-based experience, especially those who have worked with financial institutions or fintech platforms, will excel in this role.

You’ll help bring Prizeout’s Cash Back+ ecosystem to life for banks, credit unions, and fintech partners, working across product, engineering, operations, and external teams to deliver smooth, successful implementations. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role where you’ll learn how modern digital banking experiences are built, tested, and launched.

• Support end-to-end implementation of Prizeout’s platform with financial‑institution partners
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, requirements, and partner communication
• Assist with technical setup including SSO launch flows, data exchange, APIs, and basic networking requirements
• Work with partners and core providers (DNA, Symitar, Fiserv, Q2, Alkami, D3) to complete integration steps
• Troubleshoot implementation issues by reviewing logs, payloads, session behavior, and partner data
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Fraud, and Partner Success throughout each launch

• 2-4 years of project-based experience, such as implementations, onboarding, client delivery, or technical project coordination
• Ideally, experience with fintech or financial-institution workflows, integrations, or digital banking technologies
• Comfort with technical concepts or willingness to learn – no coding required
• Strong communication skills and ability to keep partners and projects moving forward
• High attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a dynamic startup environment

• Experience with digital banking or core banking providers
• Experience with payments, fraud, or accounting processes
• Ability to troubleshoot API requests or integration issues

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, plus an equity component.
