Web Developer, UI/UX Design
Overview
We’re looking for a front-end developer to join our Web Production team supporting and This role bridges daily site execution with marketing, UX, and product initiatives, helping deliver polished, high-performing customer experiences across our digital channels. You’ll be responsible for supporting both larger projects and the daily cadence of site updates, helping keep our promotional content accurate, on-brand, and visually sharp across devices.
You’ll collaborate closely with producers, designers, marketers, and product managers to code new UI, optimize performance, and bring creative campaigns to life.
- Build responsive front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and templating languages (e.g. Handlebars.js).
- Translate marketing campaigns, UX designs, and product requirements into clean, scalable front-end code.
- Collaborate with the Web Production and UX teams to review feasibility of creative concepts and ensure design fidelity across breakpoints.
- Support daily web production tasks, including updating HTML templates for homepages, promotional banners, content blocks, and seasonal campaigns across and
- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to implement and troubleshoot tracking through Adobe Launch.
- Work within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to support site content updates and component development.
- Optimize and QA front-end code for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proactively flag bugs, suggest improvements, and contribute to reusable code libraries and templates.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of hands-on front-end development experience in an eCommerce or content-rich environment.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with JavaScript templating and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms.

- The target salary range for this role is: $85,000 – $95,000.

This position works in a hybrid model, with required days worked in the Ann Taylor/LOFT office location in New York, NY as defined by business needs. - Location:
