About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and operationally-driven Manager to lead our Product Go-To-Market function for Uber Advertising. This critical leadership role focuses on driving the commercial success of our ad products.
Your mission is to ensure Uber builds the right ad products and launches them with effective, scalable strategies for maximum commercial impact. You will guide your team in coordinating input from sales and clients to inform product roadmaps, driving product adoption, and closing the feedback loop between the field and the product team.
What You Will Do- Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Go-To-Market specialists. - GTM Strategy & Process:
Define and own the processes to effectively channel field input into product strategy, aligning go-to-market plans with the product roadmap. - Launch Execution:
Oversee the development and execution of end-to-end launch plans for new ad products, ensuring cross-functional readiness. - Performance & Feedback Loop:
Manage post-launch performance monitoring and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, advocating insights from advertisers and sales teams. - Stakeholder Alignment:
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders to ensure strategic alignment and clear communication on all product releases and commercialization efforts.
- 6+ years' experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, GTM functions, or Consulting, preferably in a technology or digital advertising domain.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex business needs into product requirements.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with deep knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional go-to-market projects.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years' experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, GTM functions, or Consulting, preferably in a technology or digital advertising domain.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience in people management or a formal team lead role.
- SQL proficiency with experience translating messy data insights into actionable strategies.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: USD $167,000–USD $186,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: USD $186,000–USD $207,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: USD $186,000–USD $207,000 per year.
Eligible for Uber's bonus program and equity award.
