Pay Range: $140,000 – $170,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a dynamic data and technology team, driving enterprise initiatives across investment banking, capital markets, and wealth management. This role combines strong project leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of financial services workflows. The PM will lead multi‑workstream projects, manage timelines and risks, and ensure business and technical teams deliver results on schedule.

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through build, UAT, and deployment.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Coordinate across business stakeholders, developers, data teams, and vendors to drive alignment and delivery.
• Track timelines, risks, and issues, proactively communicating status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support enterprise data, integration, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to security and governance standards.
• Influence and drive teams forward, providing clarity and direction in complex, multi‑workstream projects.

• 8–12 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Strong hybrid skillset with understanding of both project management and business analysis principles.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex information and drive consensus.
• Confident, clear, and decisive personality with ability to operate with urgency and high ownership.
• Exposure to SQL, Databricks, or enterprise data workflows is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar SDLC tools is a plus.
• No H1‑B sponsorship or sponsorship of any kind.

• Experience in advisory firms or high‑growth tech teams.
• Ability to navigate change‑heavy environments, including restructuring or new leadership initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
