About the Role

We’re seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and mission-driven organization in Manhattan. This is a full-time, fully onsite position ideal for someone passionate about community engagement, digital storytelling, and brand development.

You’ll lead content creation and marketing initiatives across digital channels, support ongoing communication needs, and help shape the voice and presence of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to have a meaningful impact in a values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Copyedit, proofread, and revise internal and external communications
• Design and deploy email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
• Create and manage social media content (graphics, images, video, copy) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube
• Recommend and maintain website design and content using platforms like Word Press
• Drive creative marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
• Monitor analytics and report on the performance of marketing efforts
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging digital platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Word Press, and key social media platforms
• Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of or familiarity with Jewish culture, traditions, and holidays (required)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
