Field Service Technician – Field Services

Join NRT Technology Corp. to work as a Field Service Technician in our global redemption solution business. The role is full‑time, entry level and offers a competitive salary, group benefits and extensive travel (estimated at 75 %).

• Incident handling:
  Troubleshoot hardware and software failures, repair at component level, and install and configure software.
• Preventive maintenance:
  Execute routine checks and refuel consumables as scheduled.
• Hardware/software deployment:
  Install, add, change and remove field hardware and software products.
• Customer training:
  Instruct clients on hardware and software operation and follow up on concerns.
• Process tasks:
  Receive incident orders, update dispatch information, and provide detailed debriefing to customers and dispatch.
• Continuous improvement:
  Identify technical or process problems, propose improvements and share knowledge through corporate tools.
• Training:
  Participate in scheduled hardware and software training and receive certification.
• Administration:
  Maintain accurate dispatch records, service reports, expense reports and time records.
• Security and safety:
  Drive safely, obey traffic laws, and protect company vehicle, tools and proprietary software.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, mechanical or electronic repair; ATM technical experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and related tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for hardware and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Team player with a customer‑focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Ready to travel extensively (75 %) and drive long distances in traffic.
