We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Account Executive with 3–5 years of experience. In this role, you'll act as a cross-functional liaison—guiding the execution of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving projects across social media, web, and video content.

You should be energized by working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and have a strong grasp of both the creative and operational sides of marketing execution. Prior experience with top-tier brands, Fortune 500 companies, philanthropic organizations or highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma) is strongly preferred.

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, agency partners and external partners we create content with.
• Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and expectations across multiple departments and external vendors.
• Oversee the end-to-end development of social media campaigns and video content—ensuring projects are on brand and on time.
• Website management – updating layouts and publishing content via Word Press.
• Anticipate roadblocks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking project details, assets, feedback loops, and final deliverables.

• 3–5 years of experience, ideally working with Fortune 500 clients or within highly regulated industries.
• Solid understanding of social media content, digital marketing, and video production workflows.
• Experience with Word Press or similar CMS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Airtable) is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance processes or legal review protocols.
