Customer Experience Solutions Associate New York#### About The Position#### Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding projects guiding new customers through the implementation of our products.
* Provide timely, high quality responses to customer support tickets during US business hours, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and that customers feel supported, confident, and successful with our platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to product functionality, data integration, and system configuration.
* Deliver product training and assist with the creation of support documentation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address product enhancements, bugs, and user experience improvements.
* Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvements.#### Requirements
* 2+ years of public accounting experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive, solution-first mindset.
* Strong communication and client-facing abilities, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $135,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
