We are looking for a highly ambitious, customer-obsessed Product Manager who will own the product experience end to end from discovery to delivery. You must thrive on deeply understanding customer needs, translating insights into roadmap priorities, and collaborating with design and engineering to deliver elegant, intuitive solutions that reshape workflows. This is not a role for someone content with managing tickets;
we need a product leader who thrives on empathy, creativity, and turning complex customer pain points into breakthrough product experiences.
Job Summary
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling core components of the Trak platform. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver features that drive measurable impact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer-centric product development, SaaS workflow automation, and building a category-defining platform.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Obsession – Engage with customers weekly to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and pain points; translate customer insights into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities; champion the voice of the customer across the organization.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap – Own and define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; prioritize features and improvements based on impact and alignment with company goals; balance short-term execution with long-term platform scalability.
- Execution & Delivery – Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, on-time releases; manage trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Communicate clear deadlines cross departments; collaborate with sales and customer success to support go-to-market execution; align with leadership and stakeholders on KPIs, success metrics, and reporting.
- Continuous Improvement – Measure and analyze product performance to inform roadmap decisions; stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies; drive a culture of iteration and data-informed decision-making.
- 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SAAS software, or workflow automation
- Experience writing product specs and working with design and engineering teams to implement customer discovery and requirements
- Familiarity with modern product development processes (Agile, Scrum, Lean)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep React/Type Script development experience (e.g., writing production-level components, complex hooks) is not required, yet a nice to have
- UI/UX experience is not required, yet a nice to have
- Preferred: background in automotive, mobility, or enterprise application SaaS
