What You’ll Do- Lead product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Gather and synthesize user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Deeply understand the insurance and AI landscapes, providing objective market views.
- Drive clarity while operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Disrupt the $7 trillion insurance industry.
- 2–5 years of experience in product management and/or software engineering.
- Experience with or knowledge of AI and LLMs.
- Experience in a B2B/commercial environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and align stakeholders.
- Proven track record of launching zero‑to‑one products with commercial impact.
- Strategic thinker with experience in product planning and opportunity identification.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver outcomes.
- Team player passionate about supporting the team across functions.
- Full‑time salary range $135,000–$155,000 plus equity and benefits.
- Salary ranges may differ by geography, experience, education, or skill level.
- This position does not include visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
