About the Campaign Finance Board

NYCCFB is a nonpartisan, independent city agency that empowers New Yorkers to have a greater impact on their elections. Our mission is to make local democracy more open, transparent, and equitable by removing barriers to participation.

About the Department

The Innovation & Implementation Manager reports to the Director of Strategic Planning Operations in the Strategy, Products, & Innovation division. The Strategic Planning Operations (SPO) team develops agency‑wide strategy, translates priorities into measurable objectives, tracks progress, and drives implementation through cross‑agency coordination and innovative project delivery.

Job Description

In this role, you will drive organizational improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation, developing implementation frameworks, and overseeing projects that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support the Agency’s Strategic Plan. You will act as a bridge between high‑level strategy and on‑the‑ground execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

The Manager will coordinate cross‑departmental teams, embed best practices in project and change management, and keep accountability and transparency at the forefront of all activities.
