Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to co-lead in the development, management, and strategic use of data systems and dashboards to support organizational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role serves as a critical bridge between data operations and strategic decision-making, ensuring that accurate, timely, and actionable insights are available to leadership and program teams.

Key Responsibilities Data Dashboard Development and Management
  • Develop and customize automation tools and dashboards to streamline data collection and transformation to enable the tracking of key metrics related to program performance, compliance, and service quality
  • Educate program and organizational teams on monthly data collection methods, validation techniques, and uploading processes to ensure accurate and timely updates to the organizational dashboard.
  • Conduct statistical analyses using data from our Dashboard System, applying appropriate techniques to generate ongoing reports that support decision-making for organizational leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to prioritize business information needs and requirements, to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of PII to prioritize strategic initiatives, ensure improvements align with agency goals and objectives, and identify training needs to support successful implementation
  • Provide support and respond to general troubleshooting inquiries related to hardware, software and training issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
  • Pursue ongoing training and certification updates to stay current with emerging techniques, standards, and best practices in the field
Risk Management and Compliance
  • Collaborate with program teams to review data in efforts to conduct internal audits to assess compliance with government mandates and regulatory standards
  • Track and analyze incident reports across the agency to identify trends, provide resources, and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Regularly monitor and stay informed on new, revised, and existing regulations, protocols, and administrative guidelines to support the development and refinement of internal performance indicators
Qualifications And Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required) Preferred fields include Social Work, Public Policy, Political Science, Nonprofit Management, or a related discipline.

  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
  • Tableau Desktop
  • Microsoft Certified
  • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
  • Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP)
Required Technical Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing automation and integrating data systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of front-end web design principles, including proficiency in CSS.
  • Skilled in using data platforms such as Tableau, Jot Form, Microsoft Forms, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Excel for data visualization and analysis.

  • Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate effective meetings with diverse audiences
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and cultural competence in all interactions
  • Support staff in identifying, collecting, tracking, and communicating data‑driven outcomes
  • Within scope of responsibility, lead and contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned
