Product Manager

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation platforms supporting credit decisioning, pricing strategies, and data-driven lending operations. This role drives innovation across core lending systems and delivers customer-focused solutions at scale.

Your base pay range is $/yr - $/yr.

• Define and communicate objectives and key results (OKRs) in collaboration with product, engineering, and business leads
• Build and manage a product roadmap that balances immediate deliverables with long-term technology transformation goals
• Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and user story creation to backlog grooming, release planning, and risk mitigation
• Partner closely with engineering leads to align delivery efforts with product goals and organizational priorities
• Lead stakeholder communications, including updates to executive leadership using performance metrics and insights
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across domains
• Use customer and market feedback to inform product direction and prioritize enhancements
• Stay informed on trends in fintech, lending, and digital transformation to identify new opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy roles within a technology-forward financial services or fintech environment
• Proven ability to align product decisions with business strategy and long-term technical goals
• Demonstrated experience managing complex software platforms, preferably related to credit, pricing, or data systems
• Strong command of data analysis to measure success, validate hypotheses, and guide prioritization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives
• A collaborative, customer-first mindset, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) at one of our hub locations in Baltimore, New York, or Wilmington.
