Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in New York, NY
. You will lead end-to-end IT operations for a greenfield airport terminal implementation, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and aviation standards.
$49/hour to $64/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Lead end-to-end IT operations for a greenfield airport terminal implementation, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and aviation standards.
- Establish governance frameworks and operational readiness across infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and IoT applications.
- Act as the primary liaison between airport authorities, federal regulators, and technology vendors to ensure seamless delivery of mission‑critical systems.
- Manage multi‑vendor ecosystems including SITA, Schneider Electric, and other strategic partners, negotiating SLAs and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to FAA, TSA, and other regulatory requirements, implementing cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee audits, assessments, and compliance reporting to maintain regulatory posture and operational resilience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years in IT program/operations management, with at least 5 years in airport or government‑regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure, Cybersecurity frameworks, ERP systems, and IoT applications.
- Proven experience managing greenfield implementations and multi‑vendor ecosystems under strict regulatory compliance.

Pay Details$49.00 to $64.00 per hour
