Data & Analytics Controls & Solutions Integration Lead - Onsite role.
Location:
Philadelphia, PA or New York, NY. Role focuses on driving alignment with enterprise data platform, architecture, and governance standards, and leading the integration of Data Platforms and Data Warehouses across multiple business entities. This position shapes the solution design, architecture, controls, and roadmap of the Data & Analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in solutions design, cloud data architecture, data warehousing, and governance controls implementation.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring collaboration with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to design and architect the migration of large-scale data platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, data integrity, performance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Serve as the Data & Analytics Controls & Solutions Lead for complex data platform integration and migration initiatives, defining technical strategy and architecture.
- Lead the design of data migration strategies from legacy platforms to modern cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Provide technical guidance on designing target-state platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Implement cloud and data governance controls in platforms and integrated solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and reference architectures for the target-state design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data engineers, business stakeholders, and analytics/reporting groups—to define technical roadmaps, communicate progress, and proactively manage risks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology design, architecture, or platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP) and data-related services such as S3, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Dataiku, and Alteryx.
- Proven experience in migrating cloud and on-premise data platforms and warehouses to modern cloud ecosystems.
- Hands-on knowledge of implementing data and cloud governance controls within platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to architect complex data solutions.
- Experience in building platform roadmaps and defining enterprise architecture strategies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage effectively with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and architecture discussions in high-stakes environments.
