• Contribute to UI/UX design for web and mobile experiences across Team Live, Harri Live, and Team Hub.
• Support the implementation of consistent navigation and interaction patterns across roles and device types.
• Translate AI‑driven logic into user‑friendly screens and design for new agentic UI patterns such as conversational UX and adaptive UI.
• Collaborate in maintaining and expanding Harri’s design system, component library, and standards.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/Data teams to bring designs from concept to delivery.
• Support usability testing and use heatmaps and analytics to inform design improvements.

• Customer‑centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality UI/UX designs across multiple product modules.
• Experience with mobile‑first and AI‑powered interaction models.
• Strong communication skills for design reviews, feedback sessions, and UI/UX refinement cycles.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail, leveraging user behavior data to propose enhancements.
• Experience collaborating in a cross‑functional, globally distributed team.
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusiveness across platform experiences.

• Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 USD (depending on experience)
• Reporting:
  Director of Platform UI/UX
