Overview
STAND 8 Technology Consulting provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more; including internationally in Mexico and India.
We are looking for a Level II IT Support Technician who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. This role is based at our bustling Work/Entertainment Campus and Studios, where you ll support a diverse community of professionals who rely on you to keep their technology running seamlessly. $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $25-30 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and smartphones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 10 and MacOS systems.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize user setups (hardware, software, domain access).
- Deliver face-to-face support across campus, walking between different studio locations daily.
- Manage and track requests through Service Now (or a similar ticketing system).
- Collaborate with the IT team, escalating roadblocks when needed.
- Ensure every interaction reflects a customer-first mindset while working independently.
- Solid experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and basic MacOS environments.
- Strong hands-on skills with desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.
- Ability to remain professional and proactive while working unsupervised
. - A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable being on the move outdoors while supporting various studio locations.
- Familiarity with Service Now (or other ticketing platforms) is a plus.
