Desktop Support ACS – NTT DATA North America

Apply for the Desktop Support ACS role at NTT DATA North America.

Compensation: $36.97 per hour (W2). 12‑month onsite assignment.

Must have CompTIA A+ Certification.

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot computer hardware, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other supported devices.
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computer hardware and other devices.
• Diagnose and resolve software, operating system, and network issues.
• Interact with end users to identify IT issues, explain resolutions in plain language, and provide timely updates.
• Respond promptly to end user inquiries and requests, maintaining customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage daily incident and/or request queues from an ITSM tool, accurately documenting work notes and resolution notes.

• 2+ years of desktop or deskside experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable personal transportation (automobile).
• Ability to perform general office tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• Additional hardware platform certifications (e.g., A+, Service Now).
• Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Minimal travel, only on an exception basis.
