We’re looking for a world-class Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team and help shape intuitive, high‑impact experiences across our suite of workflow tools and financial products. This is not a role for someone who simply executes tickets or hands off mockups. This role is for a builder and craftsperson—a designer who wants to deeply understand customer problems, partner tightly with product and engineering, and ship thoughtful, high‑quality software that drives real business outcomes.
You will work end-to-end across the product lifecycle—from discovery and research through concept, execution, and iteration—while helping establish scalable design practices as the company grows.
What You’ll Do- Lead the conceptualization and execution of end-to-end designs for new products and features across native and responsive web experiences.
- Design and ship intuitive, elegant product experiences that directly impact customer retention, adoption, and growth.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to establish a clear, lightweight, and customer‑centric design process that increases shipping velocity and quality.
- Help translate complex workflows, data, and constraints into simple, flexible, and scalable design systems and patterns.
- Raise the bar for product design craft across mobile and web.
- Approach design holistically—considering UX, UI, data, business requirements, accessibility, and legal/compliance needs.
- Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and experimentation to inform and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on existing products using data, customer feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve the user experience.
- Create lo‑fi and hi‑fi prototypes to explore concepts, communicate ideas, and align stakeholders.
- Drive alignment by clearly presenting design rationale and trade‑offs to cross‑functional partners and leadership.
- Help operationalize and scale design processes, patterns, and systems as the product and team grow.
- You are a builder with a strong bias for action. You take ownership, move quickly, and care deeply about shipping quality work.
- You are customer‑obsessed and validate problems before jumping to solutions.
- You are comfortable working in ambiguity and enjoy bringing clarity to complex problem spaces.
- You think in systems and patterns, not just screens.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate naturally with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Leadership.
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products from concept to launch in a fast‑paced environment (B2B or SaaS preferred).
- Strong foundation in UX, UI, interaction design, and information architecture across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
- High proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
- Strong lo‑fi and hi‑fi prototyping skills.
- Ability to distill complex problems into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
- Experience using data, research, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain design decisions and trade‑offs.
- Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., React / React Native) and how design decisions translate to code.
- Truth. We value honesty and data. We seek to understand what is reality, so we can effectively respond to it.
- Slope. Rate of change over time. We hire and reward based on a team member’s potential, capacity, and growth‑mindset, rather than a fancy resume.
