- Analyze and synthesize data across marketing, investor, and CRM systems to drive decision‑making
- Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting for leadership and marketing stakeholders
- Partner with marketing and IR teams to evaluate campaign performance, pipeline quality, and investor behavior
- Slice and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Work extensively with Salesforce to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights
- Translate quantitative findings into clear, concise recommendations for non‑technical audiences
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role
- Strong quantitative and analytical background; exposure to quant or statistical analysis preferred
- Hands‑on Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, data structure)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytical or scripting tool (Python, R, or similar)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision‑making
- Experience in financial services, hedge funds, asset management, or similarly data‑driven environments preferred
