We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement end-to-end IT solutions that align with business goals using modern technology stacks. You will be a key player in analyzing requirements, architecting scalable and secure solutions, and driving best practices across the organization.

• Design and develop comprehensive IT solutions integrating diverse technologies and platforms.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable architecture designs.
• Map and document solution flows, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations.
• Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for technology implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Lead architectural reviews, risk assessments, and impact analyses.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation.

• Proven experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices.
• Hands-on expertise in event streaming and messaging platforms.
• Proficiency in API gateway design and service mesh implementation.
• Strong background in system integration, cloud architectures, and Dev Ops.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to create detailed architectural documentation and best practice guides.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of security best practices for distributed systems.
• Understanding of batch and micro-batch processing patterns.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Exposure to EDW/Database technologies, SQL/No
  
  SQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as Apigee, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Redis.
• Professional certifications in architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, or cloud platforms is a plus.
