Job DescriptionBecome an integral part of the Wealth Management Digital Marketing team, focusing on public site organic growth, local search, and advisor website strategy across and We’re seeking a hybrid thinker—someone who pairs hands‑on tactical SEO skills with a strategic, data‑driven mindset to shape the roadmap for both site performance and user experience, driving new account acquisition. This role is responsible for driving organic growth and discoverability through advanced SEO, GEO/local search optimization, and leveraging AI‑powered search (LLM) capabilities.
It will also support the development and optimization of branch and advisor profile pages and related digital experiences in partnership with Field Marketing teams.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for Wealth Management across and , focusing on GEO and local search optimization and advisor website discoverability.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives that connect SEO insights to digital marketing and acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to inform technical (site architecture, page speed, schema) and front‑end (content, UX/UI) enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Analyze and map user journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement, especially in local, cross‑line of business (XLOB), and advisor‑related search flows.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and analytics teams to deliver measurable improvements in both search performance and user experience.
- Enhance site navigability and discoverability of products, features, and advisor content to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Partner with Field Marketing, design, data & analytics, vendors, and product teams to enhance advisor website content and track performance.
- Collaborate with the internal SEO Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with best practices and emerging search technologies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Experimentation Lead to design, execute, and analyze experiments aimed at improving SEO, local search, and advisor website performance.
- Manage vendor relationships for content creation, website development, and design services.
- Lead the strategy and ongoing optimization of branch and advisor profile pages and related website experiences, ensuring content is compelling, accurate, and locally discoverable.
- Leverage AI‑powered search technologies (LLM) to enhance content relevance, user experience, and organic acquisition.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and utilize AI‑driven insights to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Present SEO and site performance metrics to business partners and leaders to evidence impact and upcoming opportunities, connecting SEO performance data to broader business and acquisition strategies.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, local search best practices, and AI‑powered search advancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SEO strategy, local search optimization, digital content development, or advisor website management.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO and AI‑powered tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Bright Edge, SEMrush, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Experience developing or refining new test (experimentation) concepts, learning from and sharing results, and iterating quickly.
Note:
This role requires five days in the office (Mon‑Fri) and will not support Hybrid option.
