The Platform Design and Research team plays a critical role in executing our vision to create economic freedom. We build secure, trusted, and easy‑to‑use cryptocurrency products for millions of users.

• Lead and execute complex design initiatives spanning multiple product areas.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to shape product vision and strategy.
• Define and inform user experience of critical customer journeys.
• Partner with Design Systems to create scalable patterns and components.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of user needs and business requirements.
• Participate in all project phases, ensuring design excellence.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to a culture of innovation.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to accelerate workflows.

• Expertise in Product Design
  : 10+ years designing consumer‑facing web and mobile products.
• Systems Thinking
  :
  Design at scale, reusable patterns, efficient consistency.
• Collaboration and Influence
  :
  Influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and XFN.
• Strategic Impact
  :
  Drive design strategy with measurable business outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency

  Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, user research studies.

• Previous design experience in Fin Tech or crypto.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem and Coinbase products.
• Platform experience.

• Influence strategy and solve complex problems that span the company.
• Enable teams to make trade‑off decisions that balance craft, product impact, and timelines.
