Role PurposeAs a Client Operations Associate in our Operations Team, you will help ensure the success and satisfaction of our institutional clients and internal stakeholders. You will be the first line of defence for technical inquiries, support, troubleshooting, and delivering an exceptional client experience through expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to institutional clients, address queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Own and manage all incoming queries and client expectations under time pressures.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders across the firm to resolve client queries.
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to product development teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to address inquiries with expert guidance.
- Represent Copper values with integrity and act in the client’s best interest.
- Proven experience in a technical account management role, ideally in cryptocurrency or financial services.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency technology, blockchain, and digital assets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong project management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Base Salary range: $80,000–$100,000
Work Model24/7 operations necessitate a shift pattern requiring 5 out of 7 days, including weekends, to support global clients.
