Service Now IRM Implementation Manager at Crowe
About the RoleCrowe is seeking a passionate leader to guide our clients through their Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Service Now implementations. The role requires strong leadership, decision‑making, and management skills to oversee Service Now IRM/GRC implementations and deliver excellence to our clients.
Responsibilities- Support pre‑sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, lead proof of concepts, and preparation of SOWs.
- Advise clients on leveraging Service Now to support their IRM program.
- Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design, working closely with the Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and development team to ensure on‑track delivery.
- Facilitate project intro, kick‑off meetings, and weekly client status meetings, creating and managing the project timeline.
- Provide guidance to developers on Service Now configuration.
- Perform final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables.
- Design and deliver end‑user training.
- Expand client vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through Service Now.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
- 5+ years’ experience in a professional environment.
- 3+ years delivering Service Now implementations and integrations with an emphasis on IRM.
- Service Now implementation lead or system administrator experience.
- Knowledge and experience running an IRM/GRC program on Service Now.
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with professionals at all levels.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
