You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Execute and Support Production Workflows:
Manage the end-to-end production cycle, including performing inbounding, pre-prep, sort, prep, packaging, and release functions to maintain efficient operations. - Coordinate Projects and Training:
Schedule personnel, set up jobs with staging, prepare detailed job specifications, and lead cross‑training for Imaging Operations employees to achieve project timelines and SLAs. - Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Conduct final quality checks and corrections post‑production, and ensure all activities strictly adhere to and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of experience in a production environment with a focus on document imaging, data capture, or a related technology/business field.
- Strong knowledge of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes, along with familiarity with PC and related imaging technology.
- Proven ability in managing project workflow, scheduling, and effective written and verbal communication, including customer interaction.

Reasonably expected salary range: $54,600.00 – $68,300.00.
