This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, analytical, and innately curious individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our Americas team. Your projects will involve managing multi-million-dollar media campaigns, operational strategy, executive communications, and ad tech evolution, exercising your skills in search operational excellence and strategic storytelling.

As a Search Manager on the Global Integrated Media Team within Asset & Wealth Management, you will be part of a nimble global center of excellence directly responsible for shaping, driving, and delivering strategic media campaigns globally, reporting to our Head of Americas Integrated Media. You are skilled in executing complex search programs across paid and organic search in multiple markets that are results-oriented, on-brand, engaging, and innovative.

You possess diverse client management experience and have the ability to execute across multiple work streams.

Job responsibilities
  • Evaluate strategic market opportunities with local stakeholders to develop campaign search strategies.
  • Execute search media plans and optimize results to improve KPIs and outputs in partnership with regional stakeholders, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Specialist areas.
  • Manage the in-house channel team for execution of search campaigns.
  • Partner with our Integrated Campaign Manager to integrate SEO/SEM strategies with other paid media channels.
  • Own the reporting cadence and discipline for campaigns; measure performance based on the established measurement framework and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Own search campaign results-analyze data and brainstorm with activation teams and publishers.
  • Collaborate across functions, including regional marketing managers, stakeholders, and agency partners, to generate results through orchestrated execution and optimization of performance programs (strategy, ad copy, keyword strategy, trafficking, tagging, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Stay current on industry trends to identify and execute a roadmap for the evolving paid search, SEO, and GEO landscape in partnership with the Head of Americas Integrated Media and Global Head of Search.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7 years of SEO and paid search management and campaign experience.
  • Experience designing and executing campaigns across paid search and SEO, including firsthand knowledge of media planning fundamentals (media math, budget management, bid strategies, forecasting, keyword development, and optimizations).
  • Experience launching or managing third-party Paid Search campaigns, including SA360 and Bing.
  • Daily account management and experience managing a Paid Search team.
  • Experience launching and executing SEO/GEO strategies, including devising and implementing SEO/GEO content and site architecture strategies to grow market share.
  • Ability to educate stakeholders on SEO/GEO best practices, providing advice, feedback, and support.
  • Progressive marketing and performance analytics experience in B2B, technology, finance, or acquisition.
  • Experience leveraging data visualization dashboards such as Qlik, Google Analytics, Adobe, and SEMRush.
  • Knowledge of the Mar Tech landscape and proficiency with marketing tools/technologies such as CDPs/DMPs, MMM, MTA, and Brand Safety.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, BS, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with search media platforms (SA360, Bing, Google).
  • In-platform campaign management experience.
  • Experience in measurement using Qlik, Google Analytics, Adobe, SEMRush, and Brand Safety.
  • Experience leveraging a CDP or DMP in media strategy.
