While following best practices and standards, including cybersecurity and privacy policies, the detailed responsibilities of the Consultant for automation are as follows:

• Manage the engagement in collaboration with Data Analytics and Business Applications (DABA) Team.
• Work with UNJSPF/OIM’s Investment Management teams, Risk, Compliance, Operations and IT to collect business requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate requirements while providing functional expertise and guidance throughout the implementation project.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with business teams and overall project manager.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Improve automation framework.
• Assess Automation structure compatibility with ongoing data projects.
• Implement third‑party risk, cybersecurity and privacy standards.
• Deliver a practical roadmap for strengthening automation and technology alignment.
• Infrastructure and Technology Assessment:
  Evaluate current and proposed tools to support data Automation (e.g. Collibra, Informatica, Snowflake).
• Implement templates and frameworks for the standardization of coding and workflow automation.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building:
  Conduct interactive workshops on automation principles.
• Provide training in the use of automation tools and practices.
• Facilitate alignment between business, IT, security, risk, and legal teams.
