About RITS: RITS Professional Services is a leader in Global IT Staffing and Augmentation, providing top-tier solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high levels of activity daily – 100 outreaches daily (calls + emails) to connect with IT leaders in mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Utilize tools such as Hub Spot, Zoom Info, Linked In for prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to hand off qualified leads and opportunities.
- Set a minimum of 2+ held meetings per week as part of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Motivated and enthusiastic about engaging with US Mid-Market and Enterprise Clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Hub Spot and Zoom Info is a plus but not required.
- Previous cold calling into Medium and Enterprise Tech companies is a must.
- Motivated, upbeat, and hungry to progress in their career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quota-driven and disciplined to work remote.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
Additional Information:
- Familiarity with the IT Staffing and Managed Services market is a plus.
- RITS has been a prominent player in the industry for nearly a decade.
- RITS works with large Fortune 500 clients globally with office locations in the EU, Asia, and the US.
