Transaction Monitoring Functional Analyst (BA)

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid Schedule at least 3 days onsite

This is a VP level Business Analyst position for someone with expertise in Regulatory Compliance. You must have experience in KYC, AML and Audits, and have written extensive documentation on these subjects. The role requires you to look at logs, write SQL queries and both examine and validate data.

The systems being used are Prime BSA, Quantexa and Actimize. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as external vendors. Experience assisting planning, execution and delivery of compliance technology projects. Part of your responsibility will be to ensure all technology solutions meet regulatory requirements.

The expected result of your efforts will be to improve compliance monitoring and surveillance capabilities, as well as streamlining compliance processes and reduced manual intervention.

To quality you must have experience in IT compliance, Business Analysis, SQL and Power

BI as well as in-depth understanding of AML, sanctions screening, restricted data, employee trading monitoring and regulatory reporting standards. As you will be communicating with stakeholders at all levels, you will be expected to have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and amenable personality.

Compensation: $175,000 per year
