Re-engineering Process Sr Lead – AI & Automation (CIT COOs Office)

Overview: The Lead will drive AI and tech automation across the Citi COO organization to improve client experience, controls, and efficiency.

• Develop AI & tech automation enablement framework and methodology.
• Maintain AI & tech automation opportunity pipeline across high‑impact COO processes.
• Establish and monitor targets for client, employee, control, and efficiency metrics from AI & tech automation adoption.
• Develop roadmap for AI & tech automation.
• Conduct technology & AI assessments partnering with Citi Ventures, Technology, and external experts.
• Upskill AI awareness and literacy across COO.
• Work with MRM to increase approval speed and break down barriers.
• Create executive presentations to persuade decision makers and share best practices.
• Lead the AI community within COO, driving ideation culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, and large‑scale transformation.
• Track record as Product Manager, Program/Project Manager, or Process Re‑engineering Manager on cross‑functional strategic projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technology patterns.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with structured planning and measurable metrics.
• Proven leadership with influence and motivation in complex global projects.
• Effective written and verbal communication across senior stakeholders.

Salary Range: $130,880 – $196,320. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, wellness, paid time off, and paid holidays.
