Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead performance strategy and drive new business growth. The Performance Strategy Lead will support markets and global teams with new business, to help bring compelling performance narratives to pitches. This role will combine strategic planning, performance experience, and client gravitas to maximize new business wins.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for :

  • supporting pitches happening in markets or globally. These could be either Performics pitches that you will lead the creation of the story or they can will be wider Publicis pitches and you will be the performance voice to help write written pitch responses and presentations, and to deliver them to clients.
  • standardizing the new business pipeline and prospecting for performance led opportunities
  • create frameworks and standardized responses that new business teams can replicate
  • craft narratives for our product and solutions within the individual pitch strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with performance objectives, ensuring that overall pitch strategies are leading to business outcomes, powered by our proprietary products, channel expertise and innovative solutions.

You’ll also work with markets and regions as they develop the global story into their own local stories. You’ll be their point of contact and support to help them with questions about their go to market stories.

Key Accountability:

  • Lead and support new business. You will lead Performics pitch stories to support markets, help them to bring cross-market collaboration, and support pitch stories in cross-media pitches. You will often be the only performance voice, and will need to craft and deliver winning stories and lean into the wider resources of Performics to back them up.
  • Support existing client growth.Be a partner to Global Client Leads when they need a senior performance expert, either to advise them about issues or roadblocks to growth, or to support them with the client.
  • Buddy up with markets. Be a point of contact when they need support, wider questions, or other topics required to deliver local growth. Pitch with them when required and be a pitch consultant when you can’t be cast in the room.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working in performance marketing environments.
  • Experienced in creating and delivering pitch-winning performance marketing stories
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple deadlines in a shifting environment
  • Knowledgeable about performance marketing trends and relevant challenges that brands are facing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization including senior stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable in a client facing role with senior clients
  • Experienced working with teams from multiple countries
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue and growth targets
