The Publicis Connected CRM team accelerates transformation across the Groupe by integrating data, technology, and services to connect paid and owned channels. In partnership with Epsilon and select third-party providers, the team enables clients to deliver personalized customer experiences that drive engagement and growth.
Role Overview- Within the broader Connected CRM team, the CRM Services Growth team drives Publicis Groupe client adoption of CRM Strategy and Operations Managed Services for Mar Tech solutions across Publicis’ client base
- The CRM Services Growth Lead role will serve as the dedicated Services sales leader for growth within existing accounts across Publicis Groupe agencies, enabling Publicis Groupe clients to achieve their broader business outcomes and at the same time, drive new capability services revenue for the Groupe
- The CRM Services Growth Lead will establish strong relationships with internal agency & client leadership, collaborate with the Groupe Media Solutions/Groupe Technology Solutions teams to facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and continue to strengthen Groupe relationships with 3rd party Mar Tech and service providers
- The ideal candidate needs to possess a proven track record of building narratives that are focused on CRM service business outcomes, Mar Tech and services understanding, articulating the benefits to clients/client teams by demonstrating the value based outcomes of connected funnel CRM Services solutions. A deep understanding of the data, digital AdTech and Mar Tech landscape is key along with the ability to lead a cross-functional team.
Additionally, an understanding of the CRM Services market landscape and experience selling CRM Services will be key. This individual and team will participate in a compensation structure that rewards achievement of CRM Services growth goals focused on driving holistic client and business growth.
- Serve as primary CRM Services Growth Lead across Publicis Groupe agencies, partnering closely to strategize, develop & execute against sales opportunities for CRM solutions/offerings
- Lead team of agency-aligned Services Growth Leads dedicated to selling strategy, analytics, marketing ops, and creative services across agencies and accounts
- Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across CRM services growth targets
- Lead CRM business development pursuits in collaboration with PDX agencies from initial cultivation through to contract signature
- Establish and execute a pipeline strategy for achieving sales targets through the appropriate stages of the sales cycle
