Paper Run automates direct-mail flows for leading DTC/e-commerce brands, enabling them to reach customers who don’t open emails, respond to retargeting ads, or engage via SMS. Our platform integrates with tools like Shopify and Klaviyo, offers A/B-testing and reporting dashboards, and delivers measurable incremental revenue.
We partner with some of the world’s best brands to turn “unreachable customers” into opportunities. You’ll join our Customer Success team to help these brands adopt, test and scale our direct-mail channel.
Role OverviewAs Growth Marketing Strategist, you will work closely with our brand clients to identify opportunities within the direct-mail channel, execute on those opportunities, analyse results and scale what works. You’ll act as the bridge between our platform, data/experiment teams and our customers, helping them test, optimise and derive strategy from physical-mail campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the world best brands to map opportunities for direct-mail within their lifecycle & e-commerce funnel.
- Design, launch and monitor direct-mail experiments (e.g., win-back flows, loyalty boosts, post-purchase nurtures) in collaboration with our internal team and the client.
- Use data to identify segments, KPIs, incremental lift, and insight-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Pull together actionable insights and make strategic recommendations for both customers and our engineer teams - that will inform our future product direct.
- Own the execution timeline, campaign coordination, communication with clients, and internal stakeholders to drive on-time delivery and quality.
- Maintain strong client-facing relationships: clearly communicate performance, set expectations, solicit feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Build repeatable processes and templates for testing, optimisation and scaling direct-mail campaigns across clients.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (e.g., response rates, ROAS, incremental revenue) and collaborate with internal analytics to feed learnings back into product and strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation: comfortable working with data-sets, running A/B tests, interpreting results, and making strategic recommendations.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem: funnel dynamics, acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, subscription models, etc.
- Solid grasp of lifecycle marketing: mapping customer journeys, identifying touchpoints, optimising for repeat purchase, churn prevention, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: able to partner with brand clients, build rapport, present results and drive action.
- Strong organisational skills, responsible and dependable: you’ll manage client campaigns end-to-end, juggle multiple projects, ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Ownership mindset: you own the outcome, you’re proactive in driving improvements, flagging issues, pushing for better results.
- You’ll be working with some of the best brands in the world, helping them adopt a cutting-edge channel that many have overlooked.
